What kind of wood do you use?

Depends on the item, but it will always be listed in the description. Whether it’s a sealed and painted pine or high-quality, rot-resistant woods such as cedar and cypress,  we make every effort to ensure that it will perform well in Eastern North Carolina’s humid climate and temperature swings.

Will your furniture hold up in Eastern NC weather?

Yes. Every piece is built with our local climate in mind. We use weather-resistant woods, strong joinery, and quality outdoor finishes to resist warping, cracking, and rot. While no outdoor furniture is completely maintenance-free, ours is designed to last many years with basic care.

Are your pieces fully assembled?

Most pieces are fully assembled. Larger items (such as big dining tables or sets) may require simple final assembly for safe transport. We’ll let you know during the ordering process.

Do you offer custom furniture?

I currently focus on our core collection of proven designs. Limited modifications (such as size adjustments or finish choices) may be possible depending on our schedule. Feel free to ask hough, I’m always happy to discuss options.

How long does it take to get my furniture?

As a new shop, lead times typically range from 4 to 6 days depending on the piece and current orders. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you order.

Do you deliver?

Currently no, but that may change in the future. Pieces are pickup only.

What is your warranty?

We stand behind our work with a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship. This covers defects in materials and construction only. Normal wear and weathering are not covered, but we’re always here to help with advice on maintenance.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Cash App. A deposit is required to begin building your order, with the balance due before pickup.

Can I see the furniture in person?

Absolutely, come on by!  This is a great way to see the quality and feel the comfort firsthand.

Why should I buy from a local guy?

When you buy from me, you’re supporting a new local small business. You get better communication, furniture built specifically for our climate, and the satisfaction of owning solid, handcrafted pieces instead of mass-produced imports.
